Kerry is best known for his seasonal American cuisine; he has over 20 years experience in the industry. After
travelling and cooking his way around Europe, he returned to New York where he developed his talent
in restaurants including Montrachet, Le Régence and One Fifth Avenue, where he designed the signature
fish menu. He later worked at Westbury’s Hotel in the famous Polo Restaurant before moving to Eleven
Madison, where he eventually became partner, as well as receiving many accolades including ‘Best New
Restaurant’ from Esquire Magazine.
Most recently, he moved to the illustrious kitchen of South Gate, in Central Park South, serving his
famously fresh American fare.
