In 1973, he earned a Michelin star along with Richard Shepherd at the Capitol Hotel while his own restaurant ventures include Brian Turner Mayfair at the Millennium Hotel in London, Brian Turner Restaurant at
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Birmingham’s NEC, ‘Turner’s’ in Knightsbridge, and 2005 saw the launch of Turner’s Grill in the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor.

Brian has received numerous accolades over the years including a CBE and an Honorary Professorship of Thames Valley University for his commitment to the London School of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure and catering education in general. Brian is constantly approached to be guest chef at venues all over the world and makes regular appearances on television.
